Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 2 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging.
If you’d like a different size or color, we’re happy to exchange it (subject to stock availability).

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days noting that the product is returned in the exact same shape.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Item?
If you received the wrong item or a defective product, email us at mwmainsleb@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We’ll make it right — no extra cost to you.
